This effect could\u00a0be stronger\u00a0if you\u00a0live in the city.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The natural environment soothes us and invigorates us at the same time. It&#8217;s dynamic forms defy our man-made boxy environments. We crave the new and varied sights and sounds that only nature can provide.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The forest is full of winding paths and silvery streams. Looking above the canopy you see light streaming down through the leaves, warming your skin as it reaches you.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Going out into nature helps you to experience a sense of renewal.
